These are moments of presence, traces of lived experience, and reflections captured in time and place. Each entry is a coordinate of consciousness, an encounter with people, places, sensations, and emotions, offered here as both record + invitation. They are field notes from my journey, small attestations of being, sent out into the world as a dialogue with anyone who meets them.
