+ paleophenomenology
Roots. Reach. Resonance.
This space is where myth, method, and meaning converge.
Paleophenomenology is not a service: it is an invitation. Rooted in embodied scholarship and guided by the deep time of the Earth,
this work reaches across disciplines, generations, and landscapes.
Here you will find fragments, offerings, and provocations;
pieces of a whole that invite reflection, collaboration, and deeper ways of seeing.
Whether you're here to read, learn, walk, or weave new ideas, this page opens a field of resonance.

essence
Paleophenomenology is a way of being-with deep time. It listens where history falls silent: in the gesture of a handprint, the texture of a cave wall, the pause before a mark.
This framework blends existential inquiry, landscape encounter, and Jungian insight to explore how consciousness emerged and still echoes in us. It is not about decoding the past, but becoming attuned to what still speaks from it.

place
This work grounds itself in geographies: ancient caves, ancestral sites, layered terrains. From La Pasiega in Spain to the limestone edges of Creswell Crags, each place holds presence. But also in your favourite meadow, sandy beach, art gallery, or museum exhibition.
In Manchester, Triest and New York.
Phenomenology here is not abstract: it is embodied, sensory, spatial.
The landscape is a participant, not a backdrop, in this unfolding inquiry.

purpose
To offer a new way of seeing.
To cultivate slow knowledge.
Paleophenomenology is a meeting place: for thinkers, rebels, artists, researchers, and wanderers who sense the need for a different relation to time, to place, to the human.
This is not about answers. It is about the quality of attention we bring to the world and to each other. It is about reconnecting with the ancestral roots of consciousness through embodied experience, symbol, and soul.

RESIDENCIES
GO2GO
This is a small, independent residency offering individuals dedicated time, space, and intellectual companionship to develop creative, academic, professional, or personal projects.
Based in a private home in Gorizia, north-eastern Italy, the residency will accommodate one selected participant at a time for 12 calendar days, typically 11 nights. Residents will have access to private accommodation, a dedicated working environment, a garden, household facilities and opportunities for individual supervision, critical dialogue, creative exploration and informal intellectual exchange.
The residency is designed for people who value independent working time but recognise the benefits of discussing their ideas with an experienced practitioner, educator and supervisor. It suits individuals working across disciplines, including artists, writers, researchers, academics, independent scholars, creative practitioners, and professionals developing new ideas, projects, or directions.
