engaged supervision
Engaged Supervision is a space of deep dialogue: reflective, creative, educational and alive. It is supervision that doesn’t just review sessions but explores the full experience of being a practitioner: your presence, your instincts, your boundaries, your voice. It is a collaborative inquiry into what it means to work authentically and ethically, while staying rooted in your own evolving practice.

This is not managerial supervision; it is a process of becoming. Grounded in integrative, existential and Jungian principles, Engaged Supervision invites you to hold your clients, your work, and yourself with curiosity and compassion. We attend to transference and countertransference, imagery and dreams, resistance and renewal... never as problems to fix but as movements of psyche to be understood.

Each session is shaped by what you bring: whether you seek clarity in complex cases, reflection on your development, or nourishment for your creativity and endurance. The aim is always the same: to foster awareness, ethical grounding, growth and vitality in your work.

Engaged Supervision honours the practitioner as both vessel and participant in the therapeutic process; someone continually transformed by the very act of listening.

Sessions are also available for counselling, psychotherapy and supervision students at reduced rates. All information can be found in the detailed documents downloadable in PDF.
