The day workshop will explore Journaling and Creative Writing from a therapeutic and creative / artistic perspective. Practical exercises, self-reflective safe spaces, responsible and non-judgemental critique sessions will help the participant to delve into a more serious self-reflective writing routine, understand the usefulness of writing and journaling when connected to any form of creative expression, provide a tool which will allow to turn problems into solutions, and a way to safely examine and interpret personal experiences.
